Lower St. Francis Watershed - 08020203

Home to approximately 195,000 Arkansans (2000 Census), the Lower St. Francis watershed lies within the St. Francis River Basin in Northeast Arkansas crossing into Missouri.  The hydrologic unit code for this watershed is 08020203.  There are three upstream watersheds: the Upper St. Francis (Missouri), the Little River Ditches (08020204) and the L'Anguille (08020205).  The Lower Mississippi-Helena (08020100) is downstream.
